Product Description

    Thrust ball bearing is designed to withstand thrust load when running at high speed and is composed of washer-like rings with ball rolling raceway groove.Because the ring is in the shape of seat, thrust ball bearings are divided into 2 types: flat base cushion type and aligning spherical cushion type.In addition, these bearings can withstand axial loads but not radial loads.
    According to the force, it is divided into unidirectional thrust ball bearing and bidirectional thrust ball bearing.
One – way thrust ball bearing, can bear 1 – way axial load.
Bidirectional thrust ball bearing, can withstand bidirectional axial load, wherein shaft ring and shaft match.
The mounting surface of the seat ring is spherical bearing with self-aligning performance, which can reduce the influence of installation error.

Types of Ball Bearings

Single-row designs

Ball bearings with a single-row design have a high load-carrying capacity. They are used in applications where high loads must be handled smoothly. A single-row design is a good choice when the material’s properties require high load-carrying capacity but limited axial load capability. Single-row designs use two bearings with similar design features, but they have different mounting methods. Single-row designs can be adjusted either against one another to accommodate axial loads.
The single-row design is suitable for high-speed applications, but also has some disadvantages. The contact angle a is the angle between the radial plane and contact line.
